Ron Rex serves as Director of EMS and Employer Relations. Ron employs many roles including the President for Integra Confidential the Managing Partner of In CSuite, and as a Professor at Colorado Christian University. Ron spent over 30 years with Allstate Insurance Company as Field Vice President for the West Central Region. Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and a Master’s degree from Xavier University.
As Founder and Director of Employment Management Services, Ron spends his time identifying and creating job opportunities for current students at Colorado Christian University. Through his diverse sales background and experience, he is able to relate to the intricate needs of various businesses while creating unique job opportunities with little to no competition for qualified EMS candidates.
Sharon Kitzmiller is the Assistant Director for Employment Management Services with ten years of professional experience in educational and vocational advising. She is President and Founder of Colorado Leadership Consultants and is a certified facilitator with Vail Leadership Consultants. Sharon earned her Master of Science from Northern Illinois University and has served as Affiliate Professor at Wheaton College and at Colorado Christian University.
Sharon acts as the liaison between students and employers wherein she selects and matches talent with open positions, facilitating a great fit for both parties involved.
Kristi Bowen strives for employer and employee satisfaction through successful training and development of CCU students. She recently completed her Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in adult training at Colorado Christian University. Kristi’s diverse experience in ministry and business informs her work within EMS. She works on behalf of the employer to meet their employee needs by identifying, pre-qualifying and training students in the traditional College of Undergraduate Studies, College of Adult and Graduate Studies and CCU alumni. Employers and candidates alike benefit, because every effort is made to ensure that each candidate is carefully selected and developed to ensure a strong fit after placement.
Diana Harrison is the Assistant Director of EMS Operations and Business Relations for Employment Management Service. Diana earned her bachelors in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University and has 10 years of experience working with non-profit organizations.
Diana acts as the liaison between EMS and employers to select the very best companies for CCU students and alumni.
